1. The Service
Omnigral Growth Engine is software operated by Datalog Marek Sybilak that helps businesses manage Google Ads and Google Merchant Center activity. It is provided to business customers under a separate written service agreement, which prevails over these terms.
2. Accounts and authorisation
The customer links its own Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts and may unlink them at any time. The customer remains the owner of its accounts, data and advertising budget, and is responsible for payments to Google.
3. Changes to advertising accounts
New campaigns are published paused. Changes that affect spend are applied only after approval by an authorised person, according to the rules agreed with the customer.
4. Acceptable use
The customer must comply with Google Ads policies, Merchant Center policies and applicable law.
5. Liability
Advertising results are not guaranteed. Liability is limited as set out in the service agreement.
6. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law.
