Contribution after advertising
1
How it works
Nothing reaches your ad accounts without passing the policy and a human approval.
Economics
Orders, costs, fees, shipping and returns are pulled from your ERP and turned into contribution after advertising per product, market and channel.
Policy
You set target contribution per market, product group and channel. Every product and campaign receives a policy state.
Feeds and creatives
Merchant Center feeds are built per market and language. Briefs and ad copy go through native-speaker review.
Campaigns
Campaigns are built from templates, replicated across markets, checked against the policy and Google’s validation, and published paused.
Measurement
The dashboard shows contribution after ads, policy state and data quality, and flags campaigns that drift from the policy.
2
Profitability policy
Contribution after advertising is compared with the targets you set. The state decides what the engine may propose next.
| State | When | What the engine proposes |
|---|---|---|
| SCALE | WhenContribution after advertising is at or above target, on mature data. | What the engine proposesMore budget and reach, subject to approval. |
| HOLD / TEST | WhenClose to target, or results are mixed. | What the engine proposesKeep spend stable and test controlled changes. |
| REDUCE | WhenContribution is below target but above break-even. | What the engine proposesLower bids and budget, narrow targeting. |
| STOP | WhenBelow break-even: advertising makes the product or campaign unprofitable. | What the engine proposesExclude from feeds and pause advertising. |
| LEARNING | WhenNew products and campaigns without enough data yet. | What the engine proposesRun within a fixed budget and time limit until a state can be assigned. |

Available at launch
- Private product economics
- Pulls orders, costs, fees, shipping and returns from your ERP and computes contribution after advertising per product, market and channel. Cost and margin data are kept separately for each client and are never sent to ad platforms or AI providers.
- Profitability policy
- You define target contribution per market, product group and channel. Every product and campaign gets a state: SCALE, HOLD / TEST, REDUCE or STOP, plus a LEARNING phase with a budget and time limit for new products and campaigns.
- Product feeds
- Builds Merchant Center feeds per market and language from your catalogue, with custom labels for season, price band and lifecycle. Excludes products that don’t meet the policy and shows feed errors in a data-quality view.
- Research
- Keyword and demand research per market and language, matched to the products in your catalogue.
- Creative Studio
- Creative briefs and AI-assisted ad copy per market and language. A native-speaker language review is mandatory before anything is published.
- Campaign Studio
- Builds campaigns from templates and replicates them across markets. Every change is checked against the policy and Google’s validation, and new campaigns are published paused for human approval. A full audit trail records who changed what.
- Profitability dashboard
- Contribution after advertising, policy state and data quality per market and channel, with alerts when campaigns drift from the policy.
- Safety
- A kill switch pauses all managed campaigns per market or globally. Any change that affects spend requires human approval.

Your data stays yours
Your cost and margin data are kept in Omnigral, separated from every other client, and used only to compute your profitability. Ad platforms receive only what is needed to run the campaigns you approve.

Who it is for
European multichannel e-commerce
Companies selling through their own shop and Google today, and Amazon and Allegro later, that want to scale ad-driven sales on unit economics rather than ROAS alone.
Finance teams and performance marketers can both see why a campaign is growing, holding or being cut back.
A managed service
Omnigral Growth Engine is delivered as a managed service under an agreement, not as self-service SaaS. There is no public sign-up: your team gets access to the panel by invitation.
We connect your data, set up the policy with you and operate the engine. Changes that affect spend are approved by your team.

How we use Google data
- With the account owner’s authorisation, Omnigral Growth Engine reads and manages the Google Ads accounts the owner links, including creating and changing campaigns after approval by the owner’s team.
- It reads and manages product data and data sources in the Merchant Center accounts the owner links.
- We use that data only to provide these features to that owner. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
