1. Who we are
Omnigral Growth Engine (“the Service”) is operated by Datalog Marek Sybilak (“we”), ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 44, 94-236 Łódź, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 726-101-61-85. Contact: support@omnigral.com.
2. Data we access through Google APIs
When an authorised user connects a Google account, the Service requests these permissions:
- Google Ads API (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): account structure, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, budgets, performance metrics and conversion data of the linked Google Ads accounts; creating and changing campaigns in those accounts after human approval. - Merchant API (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content): product data, data sources and product diagnostics of the linked Merchant Center accounts, including creating and updating products and data sources for the product feed. - Basic profile data (name, email address) of the user who grants access, to record who authorised the connection.
3. How we use it
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service for the business that linked the account: reporting, feed management, campaign drafting, profitability checks and publishing approved changes. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except to the following service providers acting on our instructions, to comply with law, or with the account owner's consent:
- OVHcloud — hosting;
- AI model providers — generating ad text from product and campaign information, under contract, without the right to use the data to train their models.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models.
Omnigral Growth Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Separation between customers
Each business's data, including its internal cost and margin data, is kept separate and is never shown to other customers.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers of OVHcloud in the European Union. Access tokens are stored encrypted, connections use TLS, and access is limited to staff who operate the Service.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data for the duration of the service agreement. After the agreement ends, or on request, we delete Google user data and access tokens within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention.
You can revoke the Service's access at any time in your Google account settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Contact us at support@omnigral.com.
